General Information
Taura syndrome virus (TSV) is a highly virulent pathogen of Litopenaeus vannamei ,Metapenaeus ensis, and Penaeus monodo. It has affected shrimp aqua culture throughou tthe world, and threatens wild populations. The coat protein of TSV is its structural protein, which will be a major antigen for diagnosis.
