| PA1-28063 detects TLE1 from mouse, human, Xenopus laevis and rat samples. Expected to cross-react with chicken (92% identity with immunogen) due to sequence homology. PA1-28063 has been successfully used in immunohistochemistry (frozen tissue), immunohistochemistry (paraffin tissue), and Western blot applications. By Western Blot a band of ~83.5 kDa is detected. The PA1-28063 immunogen is Synthetic peptide: DDKKHHDAEHHRDREPGT conjugated to BSA, corresponding to amino acids 181-198 of Human TLE1. Store at 4ºC short term. For extended storage, store at -20ºC, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. |
