EP-540 contains the full Hela cell compliment of ubiquitin activating enzyme (E1), ubiquitin conjugating enzymes (E2s), 20S and 26S proteasomes, isopeptidase, proteasome PA28/11S REG complex, and ubiquitin ligase enzymes (E3s). EP-540 is ideal for demonstrating ubiquitin proteasome degradation/conjugation of radiolabeled or immunodetectable substrates.
