ABS 043-29-02 binds free NGAL in mouse serum.

ABS 043-29-02 may be used in Western blot and ELISA applications. For sandwich ELISA, it is recommended to use ABS 043-10-02 as the capture antibody and biotinylated ABS 043-29B-S as detection antibody.

The ABS 043-29-02 immunogen is recombinant mouse NGAL adsorbed onto aluminum hydroxide gel.
