ABS 043-10-02 binds free NGAL in mouse serum.

ABS 043-10-02 may be used in Western blot and sandwich ELISA with ABS 043-29-02. It is recommended to use ABS 043-10-02 as the capture antibody, and biotinylated ABS 043-29B-S as the detection antibody.

The ABS 043-10-02 immunogen is recombinant mouse NGAL adsorbed onto aluminum hydroxide gel.
