GAU 020-03-02 detects factor H in human samples.

GAU 020-03-02 has been successfully used in ELISA and Western blot procedures. GAU 018-03-02 can be used as a capture antibody in sandwich ELISA with GAU 020-03-02 as detection antibody. This antibody pair is specific for the ~150 kDa Factor H protein.

The GAU 020-03-02 immunogen is a human factor H protein.

Factor H is a regulatory factor of the alternative pathway of complement activation. Factor H is a glycoprotein consisting of a single polypeptide chain with a molecular mass of 150 kDa.
