| PA1-46262 reacts with DJ-1 in human and murine samples. This antibody is predicted to react with rat, bovine, Zebra fish, Golden Syrian hamster, and chicken based on 100% sequence homology. PA1-46262 has been successfully used in Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence, In vitro assay and Immunoprecipitation applications. The PA1-46262 immunogen is a synthetic peptide containing the C-terminus (within residues 150-189) of human Park7(DJ-1). |

Cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (lane 1) or pCMV6-ENTRY PARK7 cDNA (lane 2) for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-PARK7. -
