| PA1-16770 reacts with LRRK2 in human, bovine and murine samples. The target sequence has 87% homology to rat. PA1-16770 has been successfully used in Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin and Immunoprecipitation applications. The PA1-16770 immunogen is a C-terminal synthetic peptide made to the human LRRK2 protein sequence (between residues 2500-2527). |
