Product Specific Information
MA5-11306 targets Cyclin A in IHC (P), IP, and WB applications and shows reactivity with Human samples. The MA5-11306 immunogen is recombinant N-terminal fragment of human cyclin A protein.
General Information
Cyclins are regulatory subunits of the cyclin-dependent kinases (cdk's). They are expressed temporally to control transition at different specific phases of the cell cycle. In mammalian somatic cells, cyclin A is required for S-phase and passage through G2-phase.
